Q-Where are you located?

I am located in Winter Garden, FL, in Orange County, FL.
Q-How much notice do I need to give
for my order?

Four weeks notice is usually sufficient, but please allow a minimum of at least two weeks notice for any custom cookie order. Availability cannot be guarunteed.

Q-What is your pricing?
​
Prices start* at $72 a dozen for a basic design, while mini cookie options begin at $42 a dozen. Please see the pricing page for more information.

Q-Do you offer any special flavors?
​
All custom cookie orders are made with my signature vanilla sugar cookie recipe. There are times like special occasions or holidays where I will offer seasonal flavors. Sign up for my email list at the bottom of the page so you don't miss out!
Q-Can you accommodate food allergies?

Unfortunately, I can not at this time.

Q-When is payment due?

Payment is due within 48 hours of your invoice being sent. As I take a limited quantity of orders per week, your payment ensures my availability for your event date.

Q-Do you deliver?

We deliver to all WDW resorts at no extra charge.

Q-Do you ship?
​
I am unable to ship. Cookies are for local pick up in the Winter Garden / West Orange County area only.

Q-Do you offer refunds?
I am able to refund and cancel your cookie order up to 2 weeks prior to your pick up date. No refunds will be given for cookies that have already been made.
